Regular priced merchandise
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you enjoy shopping at www.lavishlands.ca. That said, if you wish to return an item for a specific reason, please notify us by email (info@lavishlands.ca) within 7 days of receiving your package. Returned merchandise must be returned to the LavishLands workshop within 21 days of the original shipping date.
All returns must be in their original salable condition (new), unworn and with all original tags in place. Please ensure that the garments are securely packaged as we cannot accept damaged returns. You will be able to select an exchange or store credit for the value of your returned item.
Sorry - no refunds.
Please note that we will only accept packages returned by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post. Packages that arrive via UPS, FedEX or DHL and incur brokerage fees will be refused. Thank you for understanding.
Merchandise on sale
RETURNS Sale items purchased online at less than 40% off can be refunded as a credit to an e-gift card if returned within 14 days of the ship date. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment will be offered for sale or reduced items. Items on sale at 40% or more are final sale Do not hesitate to make an appointment for fittings here:
