Regular-Priced Merchandise

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you love your purchases from www.lavishlands.ca. That said, if you wish to return an item for a specific reason, please notify us by email (info@lavishlands.ca) within 7 days of receiving your package. Returned merchandise must arrive at the LavishLands workshop within 14 days of the initial shipping date. All returns must be in their original sale condition (new), unworn, and with all original tags intact. Please ensure the clothing is securely packaged, as we cannot accept damaged returns.

You may choose an exchange or store credit for the value of your returned item.

Sorry - no refunds. 

Please note that we only accept return parcels sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post. Parcels arriving by UPS, FedEx, or DHL that incur brokerage fees will be refused. Thank you for your understanding.

Sale items purchased online at less than 40% off can be refunded in the form of a credit note on an electronic gift card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds will be issued to the original payment method for sale or discounted items.
